Tom Derry joined Folkestone Invicta in December 2023 from National League North side Bishop’s Stortford.
Started his career with Gillingham. Had a spell on loan at Chelmsford City before departing in 2013.
Had spells Eastbourne Borough, Aldershot, Hayes & Yeading, Kingstonian, Leatherhead & East Thurrock before joining Isthmian Premier Division side Tonbridge Angels in 2019 where he scored the winning goal in extra time in the Super Play-off Final against Met Police to win promotion to the National League South.
Left Tonbridge to return to Hayes & Yeading, had a spell on loan at Braintree before departing for Slough and then a permanent return to Braintree.
Returned to Kent with Welling United and Cray Wanderers before a move to National League North side Bishop’s Stortford.
Signed for Folkestone Invicta in December 2023, making his debut in a Velocity Cup 4th Round tie against Hastings United. Scored his first goal for the club 4 days later in a 2-1 defeat to Horsham.
Made 25 appearances, scoring 8 goals, in the 2023/24 season.
