Paul Smith graduated with a BSc Hons degree in Physiotherapy from Brunel University, where he gained a solid foundation in sports rehabilitation and injury management. He has since applied this expertise across both elite sports and clinical practice, specialising in musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and sports injury management.

With a strong background in professional football, Paul has worked with top clubs including Wimbledon, West Ham United, Millwall, Charlton Athletic, and Gillingham. His career highlights include winning at Wembley in the play-off final with Gillingham and being part of the team that reached the FA Cup final in Cardiff with West Ham.

Paul has worked with a diverse range of clients in the boxing and bodybuilding industry as well as strong man competitors, marathon runners and rugby players.

Outside of his professional practice, Paul is passionate about giving back and dedicates his time to voluntary work with Havens Hospice and Great Ormond Street Hospital, reflecting his commitment to making a positive impact both in and beyond the sports world.
