Andy has worked with National League South side Eastbourne Borough. Before that, he spent a season working with manager Jay Saunders at Tonbridge Angels and has also coached at Dulwich Hamlet. 

Andy was part of the successful Bracknell Town team in 2021/22 that won the Isthmian South Central – with his goalkeepers keeping 24 clean sheets and only conceding 12 goals.
