Jeremy Andrés Santos Hurtado was born in London to a Colombian mother and Ecuadorian father.
Joined Charlton Athletic’s academy at the age of 9, signing his first professional contract in July 2021.
Joined Tonbridge Angels for a first loan spell in August 2022. Returned for a second spell in March 2023.
A third loan spell at Tonbridge in the 2023/24 season was ended after just 5 minutes by injury. Returned to action in April 2024 to win the London Senior Cup with Charlton.
Joined Tonbridge permanently in the summer of 2024, making 24 appearances in the National League South.
Joined Canvey Island on loan in February 2025, making 13 appearances in the Isthmian Premier Division.
Reunited with former Tonbridge manager Jay Saunders, joining Folkestone Invicta in the summer of 2025.
