Bailey Vose Signs For Invicta

Manager Neil Cugley has reacted quickly to the departure of Tim Roberts and Folkestone Invicta are pleased to announce that goalkeeper Bailey Vose has signed for the club. The picture above, courtesy of Keith Gillard, shows him in action during his time at Dartford playing against Dulwich Hamlet.

Aged 24 and 6’ 4” tall, Bailey started his career at Brighton & Hove Albion in the 2016/17 season when he was a member of their Under 18s side before progressing to the Under 23s. Whilst at ‘The Seagulls’, he had spells on loan at Concord Rangers in the same season, plus Eastbourne Borough and Welling United in the following one, before he was released by the Sussex club from where he joined Colchester United for the 2018/19 season.

He was again loaned out, this time to Dartford and when he was released by ‘The Us’, having spent two        seasons with them, he joined our Kent neighbours at Margate at the start of last season before moving on to Billericay Town, prior to ending the season at Cray Wanderers where he made fourteen appearances.

Neil said: “I’m delighted to have signed Bailey, he is a good young goalkeeper who, despite his age has got a fair amount of experience with a number of clubs, although he hasn’t really established himself at any of them, but hopefully with a full season at Invicta, he will do so and perhaps push his career forward.”

Welcome to the BuildKent Stadium Bailey!
