Folkestone Invicta are delighted to announce the signing of full back Freddy Barton.

Freddy, listed as ‘Trialist C’ during pre-season, has featured in 5 of our 7 friendly fixtures and will be amongst the squad for today’s final warm up against Herne Bay.

Barton joins us after spending last season at Margate where he made 42 appearances, including winning the Kent Senior Cup against Chatham Town at Priestfield.

The 21 year old right back came through the youth set up at Charlton Athletic before getting his first taste of Isthmian Premier Division football at Bowers & Pitsea and Cray Wanderers during the 21/22 season.
