By booking travel on our supporters’ coach to away fixtures, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Coach Facilities

  • 16-seater minibuses do not have toilet facilities on board.
  • 38-seater and 53-seater coaches do include toilet facilities for passenger use.
  • All vehicles are fitted with standard safety equipment and driven by fully licensed, professional drivers.

2. Vehicle Size & Availability

  • The size of the coach advertised for each trip is subject to change depending on the number of bookings received.
  • If a change of vehicle size is required, we will notify all passengers who have already booked as soon as possible.
  • In the event of a downgrade to a 16-seater, we will ensure all confirmed bookings are offered a refund if necessary.

3. Departure Times

  • Coaches will depart from the designated meeting point at the stated time before the match.
  • Return departure times from the away ground may vary. If club officials are travelling on the same coach, the return journey may depart approximately 30 minutes after the final whistle.
  • Supporters are asked to return to the coach promptly after the match to avoid delays.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds for cancellations will be considered at our discretion.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us at least 24 hours before departure, allowing us time to resell your seat.
  • No refunds will be issued to supporters who fail to attend on the day without prior notice.
  • In the unlikely event that we cancel the coach due to insufficient numbers or other circumstances, full refunds will be issued.

5. General Conduct

  • Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow supporters, the driver, and any club officials on board.
  • The consumption of alcohol or illegal substances on the coach is strictly prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to refuse travel or remove anyone whose behaviour is deemed unacceptable or unsafe.

6. Liability

  • We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the coach.
  • Travel times are provided as a guide and may be affected by traffic or other circumstances beyond our control.
