Mark began his career as a scout for TNS FC in 2010 supporting manager Craig Harrison with recruitment during the most successful period in the club’s history.

Since then he has worked for a variety of clubs at senior level as well as scouting at youth and academy level for the likes of West Ham United FC and Burnley FC.

In recent years, Mark was chief scout for Billericay Town FC tasked with helping to rebuild the squad following relegation from the National League South in 2022 and then moved on to support Welling United with some of their recruitment in the 2024/25 campaign.
