Folkestone Invicta can confirm the signing of 19-year-old Maxx Manktelow from Ebbsfleet United on a one-month loan.

Maxx is a product of Ebbsfleet’s academy, making his first team debut against Dartford in a Kent Senior Cup tie in 2023 before breaking through into their National League Squad last season, making a total of 39 appearances across all competitions.

Manager Jay Saunders said: “I’d like to thank Ebbsfleet and Josh Wright particularly for helping us get this pushed through so quickly. 

“We’re delighted to have Maxx on board for a month and know he’ll be a big asset to us.”

Maxx joins up with the squad for today’s trip to Canvey Island.
