Folkestone Invicta are delighted to announce the signing of forward Kweku Lucan.

Kweku came off the bench on Tuesday night at Cray Wanderers, getting the final touch on Invicta’s equalising goal.

The winger’s previous clubs include Leatherhead, Billericay Town, Hanwell Town and Carshalton Athletic before spending most of last season with Slough Town where he made 17 appearances in the National League South.

Jay Saunders spoke about his latest signing: “Kweku is someone I tried to sign two months ago but understandably he wanted to explore options at higher levels and in full-time football, so I’m delighted to get him on board now.

“He’s quick, direct, he will give us a different option from what we have and what a great way to introduce himself to the fans on Tuesday night.”
