Folkestone Invicta are delighted to announce the signing of forward Jake Hutchinson.
The Sussex-born striker joins from National League South side Enfield Town after departing the north London club at the end of the 2024/25 campaign.
Jake began his career at Brighton & Hove Albion before moving to Colchester United, where there he had loan spells with Tonbridge Angels, Eastbourne Borough and Aldershot.
After departing Colchester in 2023, Jake moved north of the border to join Scottish side Queen of the South before returning to England last summer in the National League South, initially with Worthing and later with Enfield.
Manager Jay Saunders said: “Jake’s a player we know well. He scored against our Tonbridge team last season when he was at Enfield and Parky played with him at Tonbridge when he was on-loan from Colchester. We’ve tried to sign him a couple of times.
“We had a really good meeting with him about what we can offer to get the best out of him and how he can improve.”
“He’s still young – he’s only 23 and he’s a good size, a hard worker and a good finisher and if we can supply him with chances he will score goals.”

Welcome to Cheriton Road, Jake.
