We can now confirm our full pre-season schedule for the summer, with Andy Drury set to take his side on SIX trips around Kent ahead of the new Isthmian Premier Division season.

Invicta will kick off the summer on Saturday 6th July with a trip to Sheppey United. Ernie Batten’s side are preparing for another push for the playoffs in the Isthmian South East Division having failed just short last time out.

Our first midweek trip is to to Whitstable Town. Having also fallen short of the playoffs in the SCEFL last term, new manager Jamie Coyle will be looking to take The Oystermen back into the Isthmian South East and has already begun recruitment including former Invicta defender Finn O’Mara.

Next up is a Saturday trip to Ashford United. The Nuts & Bolts are now under the management of Danny Kedwell following his departure from Chatham Town at the end of last season.

Our second midweek trip is a visit to Isthmian South East Playoff semi-finalists Sittingbourne. Having lost out to Three Bridges last month, manager Ryan Maxwell stepped down but has since returned to the role as they look to go one better this season.

Herne Bay is our 5th stop of the summer as we visit Steve Lovell’s side. The Bay finished 1 place below Sheppey United in the Isthmian South East last season so will also be looking to build for a playoff push.

After 3 home fixtures against Deal Town, Margate and Maidstone United, our final outing of the summer on Saturday 3rd August sees us visit National League South side Tonbridge Angels at Longmead Stadium. Jay Saunders lead The Angels so a 14th place finish last season.

The six away fixtures complete a nine game pre-season schedule for Andy Drury’s side as he builds for the start of the new campaign due to begin on Saturday 10th August.

Keep an eye out across our social media and website for more information on ticketing for our home pre-season friendlies as well as news from the Alcaline Stadium as the manager continues to build his squad.
