The Opposition

Carshalton head into the weekend just a single point above the bottom four in the Isthmian Premier Division, with 25 points from 24 games. The Robins are on a run of seven games without a win that has seen them drop from ninth place in early November.

Recent Meetings

Carshalton took four points from the meetings between the clubs last season, with an opening day draw at the Alcaline Stadium followed by a 2-1 win for The Robins in November. Invicta led early on through Dan Smith before two second half goals saw us leave empty handed.

It’s been a long time since Invicta brought three points home from Colston Avenue, so long ago that assistant manager Lloyd Blackman was on the scoresheet in a 2-1 win in 2008.

One To Watch

19-year-old winger Kola Salami has lit up Colston Avenue this season and is Carshalton’s top scorer with nine goals in all competitions.
