Our supporters coaches departs from The Dugout at 11:30am. Seats are available and can be purchased online via our ticketing provider Fanbase.

Southend United provide a guide for away supporters visiting Roots Hall, with plenty of info on travel, parking and accessing the stadium.
Ticketing
Tickets are on sale online. We strongly advise supporters to purchase match tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.
Folkestone Invicta supporters should purchase AWAY tickets in block NE or NF.

- Phone: Box Office – 03444 00 77 00 (Option 1), Monday–Friday, 10:00am–4:00pm
- In Person (Matchday): From the Box Office at the Roots Hall main entrance, right up until kick-off.
Please note: all supporters must register an account on Southend United’s ticketing site before completing a purchase.
For tickets under Emergency Services, Armed Forces & Veterans, or Disabled/Carer categories, proof of eligibility should be sent in advance to tickets@southend-united.co.uk for account verification (allow up to 24 hours for processing).
Please note: Roots Hall a cashless stadium. Supporters wishing to purchase tickets on the day must use a physical debit or credit card for transactions at the Box Office. Mobile payment methods (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay) are not currently accepted at the Box Office, though they are accepted at other points within the stadium.
