Folkestone Invicta Football Club are delighted to announce the signing of Kevin Lokko.
The 29-year-old central defender joins Invicta from Maidenhead United, reuniting with manager Jay Saunders to become his first signing of the summer.
Kevin was on the books of Norwich City and Colchester United early in his career before making his breakthrough into senior football with Welling United in the National League. Jay Saunders signed Kevin at Maidstone United in the summer of 2016, where an impressive season caught the eye of League Two side Stevenage.
Kevin has since appeared for a number of National League clubs, including Dagenham & Redbridge, Aldershot and most recently a two-year spell with Maidenhead United.

First Team Manager Jay Saunders spoke about his first summer signing: “I am absolutely delighted to bring Kev to the club. As soon as I got the job we had conversations. Kevin is a player I’ve enjoyed working with in the past and he has been superb when I’ve come up against him since.
“He has a great attitude and is a great leader, and when we spoke he really bought into what we want to do here at Folkestone. I’m delighted to make Kevin our first summer signing as we look to build our squad for the 2025/26 season.”
You can hear from Kevin who spoke to Invicta TV after putting pen to paper at the Alcaline Stadium.
Welcome to Cheriton Road, Kevin.
