Folkestone Invicta Women round off a successful inaugural season with a trip to Maidstone United’s Gallagher Stadium where they will take on Lydd Town Ladies in the South East Counties Women’s Football League Kent Divisional Cup Final.

Invicta Women are looking to complete a league and cup double, having already secured the SECWFL Kent Division 2 East title.

Invicta progressed from Group A of the Kent Divisional Cup with 4 wins from 5, finishing 2nd behind group winners Hollands & Blair.

Recent Meetings

The sides met twice this season, with Invicta running out comfortable 7-1 winners at The Lindsey Field in September after Lydd’s goalkeeper was sent off. The reverse fixture was a much tighter affair, Invicta winning 2-0 at The Stadium thanks to goals from Chloe Lloyd and Hayley Turrell in the second half.
