Folkestone Invicta Football Club are delighted to confirm the addition of Danny Kedwell to manager Andy Drury’s first team coaching staff.

Danny joins us having recently departed his role of manager at Ashford United.

As a player, Danny has represented a number of clubs across Kent including Chatham, Tonbridge, Maidstone and Welling but will be best known for his spells with AFC Wimbledon and Gillingham.

As well as his spell as manager of Ashford this season, Danny has also managed at Cray Wanderers where Drury was his assistant manager.

Manager Andy Drury said: “I’m delighted that Danny has agreed to join us. Having a good backroom setup around the manager is important and me and Keds get on well, his experience will be important for us as we look to push on in the business end of the season. He’s also played a number of games this season with Ashford so fans may see him involved on the pitch at some stage, if we need him.”

Welcome to Cheriton Road, Danny.
