Folkestone Invicta would like to announce that Chris Lynch has stepped down from his role as Assistant Manager, due to increased work commitments.
Chris joined as Andy Drury’s assistant back in December 2023 and has played a key role in the building process of the club.
Reflecting on his time at Folkestone Invicta, Chris Lynch said: “It has been my privilege to represent this great club over the past year and I’m leaving with some great memories – one particular highlight being that 3-2 win against Dover at Crabble earlier on in the season.
“What a night that was! I’m proud we could give you amazing fans a night like that to remember.”
Chairman Josh Healey said: “Chris has been an instrumental part of our journey over the past year. On behalf of myself and the board of directors, I’d like to sincerely thank him for his valuable contribution and commitment to the club. We wish him nothing but the best in his next chapter.”
The club will announce plans to fill the role in due course.
