We are delighted to announce that Folkestone Invicta Academy goalkeeper Daniel Kennedy has joined the 1st team squad.

Having impressed for the academy, Daniel joined the 1st team for training this week and signed forms to join the squad ahead of tomorrow’s trip to Enfield Town.

As well as establishing himself as 1st choice academy goalkeeper, Daniel has experience at U18, U23 and of men’s football this season.

Academy Director Paul Stanton said: “Dan signing is testimony to all the effort he puts in, it’s a big development step for him and also fantastic news for Folkestone Invicta Academy as a whole. The boys all work hard and are all so pleased for him. This will give others a real boost knowing that progression can happen with good attitude and a strong mentality.”
