NEIL CUGLEY- Manager
NEIL CUGLEY (Manager): Now in his 25th season as the club’s manager and has completed over 1,250 games in charge. Neil became the longest-serving manager in the top seven tiers of English football when Arsene Wenger left Arsenal at the end of the 2017-18 season. Led the team to winning the Isthmian League Division One championship by 24 points in 2015-16 when he collected many personal accolades such as Manager of the Season and the Ray East Award. He also received a Lifetime Achievement award from The Non-League Paper at Chelsea’s Stamford Bridge. Neil has also managed Ashford Town, Folkestone Town and Hythe Town. As a player, Neil had three spells at Folkestone Town and also played for Ashford, Dartford, Margate, Dover Athletic, Maidstone United and Thanet. In the 1982-83 season he broke Folkestone’s goalscoring record with 46 goals.
