Boss Neil Cugley’s new sponsored car has clearly got the approval of his Folkestone Invicta players,

with one or two envious glances from a couple of the squad at the club’s new season photocall last

weekend. Cugs’ sleek white Citroen Picasso can always be seen at the ground on matchdays and all around the area during the rest of the week.

Director of Sales & Marketing Cliff Egan said: “We are very grateful to Wilmoths and to Kelvin Clayton

for the company’s continued support - and especially for this extension to their sponsorship deal with

Invicta.“They have also supplied ad-boards which now mark the newly-christened Wilmoths’ Citroen End.” to The new line of boards should also provide a welcome windbreak for fans on the terraces at the

cricket ground end of the Fullicks Stadium which had become a fairly bleak area following the loss of

all but one of the trees in that part of the ground following a series of storms last winter.

Cliff Egan added: “The boards provide another important part to the new-look at our ground this

season.“And the additional provision of a car for the manager demonstrates just how far this football club has come when a prominent local business like Wilmoths show this level of support.”
